Step 2: Downloading Logs

Downloading data

In this section you will be downloading the data that the iTracker has collected to your logs. You can follow the video or read the steps below.

These are the steps to download your iTrackers data

Access the logs of the iTracker

To start this process, connect to an iTracker from the Connect module and select Logs.

Click Download

Now click the Download Logs button. You will receive a confirmation dialog advising you of your next step after downloading. Click download to continue.

Start the download

Once you select download it will download all accesable files from the logs.

Download complete

To start this process, connect to an iTracker from the Connect module and select Logs.

Now you can start uploading.
