Reset User Password
From the Eastech Cloud login page, select Forgot Password.
Confirmation Code
Next, you will be prompted to enter the email address associated with the account. Enter the email address and select Send Code.
You will receive a Confirmation Code to the email you entered. Please check SpamJunk folders if you do not receive an email.
Reset Password
Enter the verification code in the first box along with your new password in the password field.
Confirm your new password in the Confirm Password field and then click the submit.
