Reset Passwords
Visit the Eastech Cloud and select Forgot Password from the Cloud login page.
Visit Eastech Cloud
You will receive an email titled “Your verification code”. If you do not see the email, please check your spam and/or junk folders.
Enter Email
Next, you will be prompted to enter the email address associated with the account. Enter the email address and select Send Code.
Change Password
Next, enter the verification code in the first box along with your new password in the password field. Confirm your new password in the Confirm Password field and then click the submit.
