Understanding iTracker Placement
You want to ensure that the Spanner Bar and eyebolt are placed so that you can position the sensor over the center of the trough to get the best results. Loosen the eyebolt clamp, then move the eyebolt so that the iTracker is positioned correctly over the center of the manhole trough. Tighten when positioned correctly.

The Spanner Bar functions as a “secure connection point” for the iTracker®. The Spanner Bar expands outward as it is manually rotated. Continue to rotate both sections of the Spanner Bar until it is securely locked against the walls of the manhole. Please see our example video on installing the Spanner Bar.
