Organizations:

New Organizations

Organizations are the managing entity: region, municipality, company, etc. that is responsible for the collection system.

Organizations are created when a user account is created. If you are a new user, we recommend visiting our First Time User Guide. 

First Time User

Adding an Organization

1.  Login with your administrator account to Eastech Cloud.

2.  Click on Settings, then the Organization Settings tab.

3.  Fill out the new organization name and click submit.

4.  The new organization will be created, and you will automatically be loaded onto the new organization page.

You can switch Organizations by clicking on the dropdown on the Top Menu and select the Organization you want to be in.
